What Setout Pro is

A tool for capturing measurements, pricing work and sending quotes and invoices. It helps you produce numbers. It does not produce them for you.

Where it is offered

Setout Pro is distributed internationally and our initial advertising is UK-focused. We do not promise that every feature, currency, tax treatment or legal requirement is available or satisfied in every country. You are responsible for checking the rules that apply to your business, your customer and the property where work is carried out.

The prices are yours

Setout Pro calculates totals from the rates and quantities you supply and shows a recommendation. The figure you send a customer is yours, and you can change it. You are responsible for checking that a quote or invoice is right before it leaves the app. We are not liable for a price you sent that you did not intend to send.

Measurements and automatic suggestions

Scans, imported drawings and generated images are aids, not surveys. Anything produced automatically is marked for review and never silently replaces your work. Check measurements on site before ordering materials or committing to a price.

Tax

The app applies the VAT settings and reverse-charge answers you give it. Those answers are statements about your business and your customer that only you can make. We are not your accountant and this is not tax advice.

Photographs and proposal images

You may ask Setout Pro to send a deliberately selected customer or property photograph to OpenAI to generate a proposal image. Before doing so, you must have the customer’s or property occupant’s permission and the right to instruct us to process the photograph. Generated images are suggestions, are identified as generated and remain reviewable. Check them before showing them to a customer or relying on them.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly at support@setoutpro.com if you think someone else has access.

Paying for it

One Setout Pro subscription covers the organisation workspace and its members. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Apple App Store or Google Play. The United Kingdom launch price is £29.99 per month. Elsewhere your store displays the localised price and applicable tax before you confirm.

A one-month free introductory offer is available only when your store says you are eligible and shows it on the purchase confirmation. Unless you cancel before the free period ends, the subscription renews monthly at the price shown by your store. You can cancel in your store settings and keep access until the end of the current paid period. Store refund rules and all statutory refund, cancellation or withdrawal rights continue to apply. We will give at least 30 days’ notice in the app before a price change that we control.

Your data

Your work is yours. You can export it at any time, and you keep every right in it. We claim no ownership over your plans, photographs, quotes or customer records.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but do not promise it will never be unavailable. Supported site changes use durable local queues. Uploads and some commercial actions still need a connection, and the app identifies the boundary at the point of action.

Ending it

You can stop using Setout Pro whenever you like and delete your account from within the app. We may suspend an account that is being used unlawfully or in a way that damages the service, and we will tell you why.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits or lost business.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law in the country where you live gives you rights or requires a different forum. Nothing in these terms removes those mandatory rights.
